Every club we build is made to order. Typical build time is 10 business days from payment confirmation. If your putter includes custom personalization, this lead time may extend and we'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Once your order leaves our workshop, transit time depends on your destination and carrier network, which is outside our control. As a guide:
New Zealand: OvernightAustralia: 1-2 business daysUS West Coast: 2-3 business daysUS East Coast: 3-4 business daysEurope: 5 business days
We ship worldwide. Outside our typical service areas, shipping cost and any customs or duties charges can vary by destination. If you're unsure what applies to your country, get in touch and we'll confirm before you order.
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched from our workshop.
Can't find it or having trouble accessing it? Email orders@finetuned.co and we'll resend your tracking details.
